The Role

  • Permanent Position: Full time
  • As Sales Representative, you develop quality sales opportunities for the sales team by qualifying and scheduling consumer and corporate inbound leads to generate new meetings with ideal new, current, and past customers. You consistently achieve assigned KPIs and targets, effectively utilising a modern tech stack, including Salesforce and Outreach. You retain and grow the consumer business. You ethically always represent QuintEvents.
  • This role reports to the Director of Global Sales

The Expectations

  • Perform marketing development activities such as inbound lead follow-up, calls, emails, chat, and LinkedIn touches to schedule quality meetings, support the sales team in generating pipeline, and increase revenue using Outreach, the Predictable Revenue model, and QuintEvents’ internal sales methodologies
  • Master and utilize Customer Focused Selling techniques, including thorough preparation for Opening, Investigating, Presenting, Confirming and Positioning.
  • Maintain, manage, and report on a healthy pipeline for consistent performance and visibility. This includes clear communication with Team Lead, Sales Manager and/or Director of Consumer Sales
  • Respect and treat ethically all members of the internal team, partners, customers, and all other persons while representing QuintEvents
  • No travel is standard, but up to 10% travel is possible at times if the Sales Representative is interested in doing so

REQUIREMENTS

The Experience

This position plays a vital role in our success. Here are some highlights of the type of person and background we believe would thrive:

  • 6 months experience in a non-retail sales role a plus
  • High volume telesales experience is desirable
  • Sporting, entertainment, hospitality, or travel industry experience a plus
  • Strong computer skills are a must
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce and Outreach a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively and comfortably interact with professionals of all titles, including executive leadership, both internally and externally
  • Flexibility to manage competing priorities, shift focus as determined by the changing needs of the Business and continually adapt in a rapidly growing sales organization
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Eagerness to take ownership over tasks, assignments, and projects.
