B2C Sales Consultant (Legal Services)

Kings Court Trust are a multi-award winning Legal service provider of Probate and Estate Administration. 

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and pro-active sales consultant, with a passion for achieving sales targets, alongside delivering excellent customer service and expert B2C and B2B consultation.

This role requires a passion for selling, a ‘can do’ attitude, great attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Due to the busy nature of this position time management and organisation are key, as well as a friendly, helpful and positive outlook around the business.  

The Client Services Consultant is an integral role to the business, supporting clients and their families and providing guidance in respect of the services we offer. You must be active and engaging with not only our clients but also all other members of the business to ensure that all new estates are on-boarded professionally and efficiently.

Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements

Key skills:

• Must be results-orientated with a will to win, as well as the ability to demonstrate that they can think outside the box
• Excellent communication skills at all levels and exceptional organisational and time management skills are a pre-requisite
• Candidates should be self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail and be proactive at all times, seeking new ways to solve problems and meet challenges
• The ability to be both self-critical and to openly take on-board constructive feedback, with a desire to constantly improve
• A high degree of empathy is essential to be able to speak with bereaved clients

Experience:

Essential

• A minimum of 12 months experience in a fast-paced B2C or B2B sales environment
• Demonstrable experience working within a professional services business

Desirable

• Experience within Probate, Estate Administration, Wills or Trust
• Experience working within Legal or Financial Services
