Technical Probate Case Manager (Technical Personal Estate Manager)

We are looking for experienced Technical Personal Estate Managers (Probate Case Managers) to join us at an extremely exciting time in the business’s growth, to help us deliver our award-winning probate and estate administration service. 

You must be highly organised, dedicated and pro-active at all times, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. In delivering the full estate administration process to our clients, you will manage and technically progress a challenging caseload from end-to-end, as well as to play an active role in supporting more junior members of the team. 

You will work tirelessly on customer service excellence whilst ensuring that we do everything in our power to make sure that the probate and estate administration process is delivered to the highest standard to the families who are at the heart of what we do.

Requirements: 

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and exceptional organisational and time management skills are a pre-requisite
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, have a keen attention to detail and be proactive at all times
  • Must have a customer focus approach at all times. Empathy with the families with a genuine desire to help them and be prepared to go above and beyond in order to provide support 

Experience: 

Must have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience of end to end estate administration and probate
  • A minimum of 2 years in a customer service or private client focused environment 

Desirable:

  • STEP / CILEX or part qualified to Degree level or equivalent qualification
