Job Requirements/Description

Our Manufacturing client based in Bristol is currently looking to recruit Sales Administrators who are responsible for handling all aspects of communication with our customers. This will include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customers by phone, email or through selling platforms.
  • Processing orders received from online selling platforms.
  • Processing telephone orders and taking payments.
  • Managing communications with CRM
  • Answering customers’ support tickets
  • Raising invoices / credits.
  • Booking deliveries by pallet network or courier.
  • Advising customers about our products.
  • Tracking orders and keeping customers informed.
  • Handling customers’ complaints
  • Mailshots and marketing campaigns
  • Compiling databases of potential customers by market research and contacting them.
  • Acquiring new customers


  • One to two years experience in telephone sales /customer service or marketing would be an advantage
  • Self motivated and goal orientated
