Callout rota: 1 week in 4 (this time is included within the salary) SSAIB Security industry accreditation

Job Description

Complete intruder alarm, CCTV, and access control planned maintenance visits on customers sites to comply with company and BS/EN standards, SSAIB Criteria, NPCC/PSS policy and legislation

• Provide technical telephone support for intruder alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems Technical support
• Remote diagnostic telephone support for intruder alarm, CCTV systems, access control systems Remote support
• Installations of replacement items highlighted during maintenance visits Customer service
• Installation of small intruder, CCTV systems, access control systems, either as part of a team or working alone. Quality
• Update to centralised system of all jobs/works requests using (Simpro) Simpro software

System knowledge

Intruder – Texecom, Pyronix, Galaxy, Scantronic, Ajax, Risco

CCTV – Dahua, HikVision, Axis, Avigilon, Flir, Davantis (Analytics)

Access control/Intercom – Axiom/Integra, Paxton, Telguard, Comelit, Videx

Software: Texecom Wintex, SmartPSS

General IT Skills: Excel, Word, Web Browser use and or UltraVNC (for remote connecting to sites), basic network knowledge.
