Nursery Manager

Salary: £31,200 - 46,800 dependent on experience and qualifications plus £1,000 joining bonus

About You

You are a seasoned Nursery Manager and an inspirational leader, thriving in a role that gives you the autonomy to shape and nurture a team of dedicated educators. Your experience in building strong, effective relationships with parents and your ability to create lasting connections sets you apart. What You’ll Be Doing

You will ensure the highest standards of childcare, fostering a love of learning in the children we care for. In addition to this, you'll play a key role in attracting and developing top-quality educators (with fantastic support from our central talent team). You will have the freedom to recruit and build your team, providing strong leadership and management throughout their journey.

You’ll be responsible for achieving high occupancy at the setting, driving local marketing initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of effective nursery management, including:

• Legislative compliance, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
• Maintaining exceptional quality standards.
• Parental engagement and communication.
• Budget management.
• Recruitment, development, and retention of staff.
• Ensuring adherence to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Curriculum planning.
• Health and safety protocols.
• Enrollment management.

What you'll need

• Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent.
• Proven managerial experience within an early years setting.
• Understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity.
• Proven experience within nursery administration, with a commercial mindset.
• Passionate about delivering high standards of childcare.
