Quastel Associates are a leading valuation company specialising in the valuation of fine art, jewellery, antiques, decorative items, and general household contents.

The Role:

Quastel Associates are looking for a hands-on and driven Relationship and Marketing Executive to join our small team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, confident individual with excellent communication skills.

The position is responsible for nurturing existing relationships and proactively sourcing new clients along with the running of social media and communication across various platforms. Quastel Associates is a small team and so each role in the company is varied with plenty of cross-over to ensure clients and insurers/brokers are receiving the best service. This means that there will be an element of office administration involved in the role in addition to the above.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the company's role in the industry, it's vision for the future and goals to maintain and grow client base
• Using social media to increase engagement and communicate company messages
• Communicating with current contacts to further strengthen relationships (to include phone calls, emails and newsletter updates etc)
• Proactively looking for new contacts whose clients would benefit from the services of Quastel Associates and introducing the company to them
• Administration to include booking in valuations and completing reports from valuers

Skills and Experience:

• Previous marketing experience essential
• Client relationship or business development experience advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills with exceptional time management
• Proactive approach with initiative to complete tasks autonomously
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
