My client is a very prestigious and successful University and is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner for a 6 months FTC to cover an internal secondment

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the skills, experience, and abilities to operate at this senior level including:

  • Experienced management accountant in a complex organisation
  • Experience of business partnering and influencing and advising non finance colleagues through budgeting and financial planning deadlines
  • Professional accountancy qualification
  • Significant experience of working with financial information systems
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to a wide range of stakeholders including non-financial audience
  • Diplomacy, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of team
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
