Main Responsibilities
Our client is seeking an experienced Part Time HR administrator to provide regional HR administration service of high quality to a range of employees, from senior managers to junior staff, and across multiple sites.
The service that you will be expected to provide will range from data management in HR systems, managing all HR transactions and reporting, through to providing first line advice to staff and managers.

You key accountabilities within the role will include:

  • To assist in the delivery of HR team objectives.
  • To support the HR Business Partner with people-related change within hospital operations to ensure efficiencies and growth targets are achieved.
  • To support the implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
  • To support HR Business Partner in the production of employee communications
  • To work with HR Advisors and HR Business Partners in the delivery of employee relations activities
  • To support the regional HR Business Partner and current Regional HR Administrator in the delivery of a high quality, customer focused HR service
  • To assist in the provision of comprehensive, accurate, timely and high quality advice and service to the business. These areas include:
    - HR systems
    - Payroll and benefits administration
    - Pre-employment checks and offer generation
    - Leave management, Recruitment and sourcing activities
    - Performance management
    - Data monitoring and reporting

    Shift Information
    Hours are flexible however every day is essential for this role.
