Main Responsibilities
An Outbound Team Leader role has arisen within a successful company in central Bristol which can offer stability, a friendly working environment plus fantastic benefits.

Your team will be making outbound calls and your role will be to manage 15 Advisors, monitoring call volumes, tracking against sales targets & communicate in a proactive fashion when areas of concern arise. You will be expected to manage all aspects of advisor performance from schedule adherence to quality management and the personal development of contracted staff.

Skills and Experience
In order to be considered for the role of Outbound Team Leader, you MUST have previous Outbound Call Centre Team Leading experience, have strong leadership and coaching skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

You must have good literacy and numeracy skills, excellent influencing and questioning skills, excellent Interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. You will have a confident personality, be an analytical thinker, always be looking to make improvements - mindful of quality.

In return you will receive a basic salary in the region of £19,000 - £23,000 p.a DOE + OTE 30k + Benefits.

Shift Information
Hours of work - Shifts 11:30 - 20:00, Monday to Friday.
