Main Responsibilities
Our successful and well established charity client is looking to appoint a highly motivated sales professional to manage a number of income lines, including a new performance management service and an e-learning training solution.

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter, someone who will support the Commercial Director in developing services and associated income streams on a mixture of well established market leading services and also new-to-market services in early stages of development.

The role will be split between new business generation and account management. As an account manager, you will be responsible for all the up selling and renewals of an established on-line training product. New business will be via appointments, system demonstrations and ongoing follow up through to completion. This is a reasonably technical product and so the right candidate will require a high level of intellect and ideally have a minimum of 4 years experience at selling consultatively and at board level.

Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will probably be degree educated and could have experience in a wide variety of settings, but a clearly demonstrable history of achieving targets in a consultative sales environment is essential.

Shift Information
The role will involve reasonable travel so you are likely to be in the office for 1 or 2 days per week and the rest on the road.
