An exciting opportunity has arisen at a prestigious financial establishment based in Newport. They have an immediate need for professional Customer Service Advisers to work in their busy call centre. The role will be based solely on the telephones, providing advice, responding to complaints and solving problems for general insurance customers.

This role will need someone who has previous experience in a contact centre, or someone who has outstanding interpersonal skills, someone who can work well within a team and can demonstrate excellent use of their own initiative.

Skills and Experience
The organisation are looking for candidates who show willingness and an enthusiasm for the role - although experience is preferred, it is not essential.

Shift Information
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday 2-10 full time, 4-10 part time, and some overtime may be available at a higher rate of pay.
