Company Description

Main Responsibilities
A new opportunity for a national organisation has arisen in the centre of Bristol and we are currently working with them to find a payroll administrator.

Your role will include the following duties although this list is not exhaustive:

  • Answering payroll queries and giving guidance on payroll issues.
  • Manual inputting of large volumes of hours, commissions, transfers.
  • Liaising with internal staff and third parties.
  • Preparing and maintaining payroll records and reports.
  • Balancing month end and submitting reports to Finance other departments in the business.
  • Processing manual P45s and P46s
  • Tax year end processing - producing P60s and balancing payroll to the payments made to the Inland Revenue.

    Skills and Experience
