Main Responsibilities
Our Client based in the centre of Bristol has a requirement for 4 members of staff to expand their buy office.

This is a hands-on role, responsible for delivering all aspects of reception and hospitality service, to the highest possible standards. As a Reception / Hospitality Assistant you will provide excellent customer service to all clients and their visitors, managing every aspect of client experience in our areas of responsibility, performing all operations requested by a customer without direct supervision.

This includes, but is not limited to, the efficient and prompt answering of telephone calls, adhering to all Intelligent Office policies and procedures, courteous interaction with visitors to our Customers; premises following the Intelligent Office UK protocols for this service, arranging hospitality, assisting with events and completing general administrative duties as required.

Skills and Experience
The Ideal candidates will be very well presented, with excellent communication skills, Strong customer focus and be capable of taking their own initiative and developing solutions.

Shift Information
1 x FT - 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday
1 x PT - 15 Hours - Thursday and Friday
1 x PT - 25 Hours - 5 hours / day Monday to Friday
1 x PT - 25 Hours - 5 hours / day Monday to Friday Evenings.

Part Time & Full Time positions available.
