ITN Mark Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and professional Caretaker on behalf of a primary school based in Bath. The Caretaker will be responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the security, day to day running and maintenance of the fabric and grounds of the school.
The primary school is two form entry school based in a picturesque village with excellent local transport links. There is a friendly and welcoming feel to the school and all of the staff have a positive work ethic and want the school to continue in their success. The Headteacher is looking for someone who will take great pride in their work and the aesthetics of the school. The successful candidate will have a good range of skills and experience including building and grounds maintenance, general DIY and cleaning. He/she will be able to communicate effectively with a range of people including children, staff, parents, visitors and contractors and have an awareness of health and safety issues. They will be approachable, well motivated and be able to work on their own initiative.
Hours will be 07:00am to 10:00am and 2:30pm to 6:30pm (subject to school requirements).
