We are looking for a Call Centre Manager on behalf of our client, who are based in Bristol.
This is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking for a varied and busy role and someone who thrives on working in a forward thinking and small but hugely successful customer service operation. This role will be reporting directly into Managing Director and the role will be to manage the telephone centre, ensuring all projects are allocated currently, procedures followed and they do what they promise to their clients. Responsibilities will include, monitoring staffing numbers including Supervisors and Agents, compliance and data protection, ensure budgets are adhered to and met, produced detailed and meaningful data and information to management teams and clients and much more.
This is going to be a hugely challenging and exciting role and our client is looking for someone with previous people management experience (managing over 50 staff), experience of liaising / speaking with clients, superb people skills, call centre experience, a good motivator and superb with figures.
