Our client requires a real estate secretary to provide organisational and administrative support to partners and fee earners within their busy real estate team. The role will involve diary management, email management, drafting correspondence, organising and attending meeting, minute taking, comprehensive travel arrangements, booking hotels and transport, creating new administrative systems, proof reading, quality checking work and creating good business relationships with clients.
Applicants for this role must have a strong PA/ secretarial background, advanced level written and verbal skills, a minimum of 70WPM typing speeds and a good understanding of MS Office programs. A positive attitude to work, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail and confident communication skills are also essential.
