We are delighted to be assisting our small but hugely successful client with their need for a 1st Line Helpdesk Co-ordinator.

Our client provides IT support to their clients, it's essential they act quickly with any IT problems or issues and constantly keep in touch to ensure prevention where possible. This is a superb opportunity for someone who is looking for an IT position, have good IT knowledge to be able to deals with simple queries and / or problems and delegate where necessary for more technical and complex queries.

It's essential you have superb interpersonal skills to be able to put their clients mind at ease and be able to understand it's important to fix the problem quickly to ensure minimal business impact. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves IT and wants to talk about it all day; every day and wants to work in a small but busy and friendly team.

Please note, for this opportunity your own transport will be essential, due to location.
