- An experienced sales person/resourcer who has a proven track record of success ·
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills with a good standard of education. ·
- Confident phone manner ·
- A hungry and sales focused attitude with ability to work in fast paced environment. ·
- PC literate with confidence in using all Microsoft office programmes and the ability to grasp new systems and software.
The ideal candidate will be confident and enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial spirit and the natural ability to think outside of the box, as well as being resilient and persistent enough to tackle the highs and lows of recruitment and have a great sense of humour. We will look at all levels of existing resourcers/recruitment consultants and will also consider proven top sales people within other industries e.g, Banking professionals, call-centre based people.
