Our client is looking for a junior HR Analyst to join their client facing Reward Team. Although the main area of support will be compensation and benefits the successful candidate will also provide ad hoc support to employee relations, stock options, immigration and expat tax as required.
Responsibilities will include:
• Collating and storing data for the Reward Team , ensuring all records are up to date to allow accurate reporting
• Maintaining an up to date list of suppliers, ensuring all contract and cover details are current
• Complying with all internal Service Level Agreements
• Providing monthly reports and ad hoc management information delivering accurate and timely data analysis at all times
• Ensuring that data integrity is maintained at all times
• Making recommendations to improve the quality of service and operational effectiveness
Experience
• Used to basic formal planning tools e.g. Outlook to prioritise tasks
• Able to meet deadlines
• Advanced Excel and Word skills
• Able to evaluate and maintain data integrity, address inconsistencies and present reports
• Strong numerical skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
• Self-motivated with good attention to detail
