Due to growth and restructure our successful Bristol based client has an urgent requirement for someone to head up a small team of Customer Service Advisors.
Make contact with Clients, suppliers and other business stakeholders.
Record and document communications.
Prepare, present, and forward documents.
Record sickness/absence, holidays and productivity of contact centre staff
Monitor Housekeeping, Security, Health & Safety procedures
Support and supervise junior staff
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with Client staff, their stakeholders and customers
Optimise use of Contact centre resources on a day-to-day basis
In order to meet Client’s required level of service
Provide Management Information reports to Senior Management.
Skills & Qualifications
Courteous telephone manner
Good presentation and communication skills
Have previous experience of having worked in a contact centre.
Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving performance targets in a call centre environment.
A confident, working knowledge of insurance terminology and policy meaning
Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
Ideally educated to degree standard or similar
Competent to use and manipulate Microsoft Excel software
