Education People are looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team in central Bristol.
As we are an independent business you will have all the responsibilities of running and growing your own desk, with the view to progressing within the company and aim to have your own team to manage in a short space of time.
The right person will be expected to grow an already WARM desk through sales calls, school visits and by registering candidates to place them into schools.
The day starts at 7am-5pm so you need to be an early bird! During school holidays working hours are reduced (to around 5 hours per day) and we offer great holiday entitlement (25 days + stats) there is also a generous bonus structure to be discussed at interview.
Experience of working in the education recruitment sector desired but not essential although sales/telesales and ideally recruitment experience required.
We are looking for a friendly, personable character who is hungry to make a name for themselves and who thrives on challenges and targets with great financial rewards. We would expect you earn ££££ through bonus OTE £30+ FIRST YR.
The right candidate will need to be tenacious and happy making sales calls as initially there will be lots of phone work and relationship building to grow the business. We are looking to grow our consultants into managers, we would love someone looking to work their way up within our company.
Our office is on Victoria Street, near Temple meads and not far from Bus station so public transport is an option although due to school visits use of a car will be necessary at times.
