Our client, a well established global bank, have got an excellent opportunity to recruit a Financial planning manager for one of their busy and successful branches.

As a financial planning manager you will provide advice and service to your customers, ensuring that financial reviews are followed with compliance and that expectations are met. You will coach and support other financial staff, providing them with technical expertise, and ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, monitoring performance within the team, analysing trends, tackling performance issues and acknowledging success, driving  your team of advisors to deliver holistic financial planning based on customer need.

To be considered for this role, our client, require the following:

·      Full CEFA/CeMap or equivalent with evidence of being close to completing the financial diploma.

·      CAS status gained within last 5 years.

·      Current experience of working within retail banking as a financial advisor.

·      Flexible approach to work with ability to travel to different branches.

·      An enthusiastic and passionate approach to the role.

·      Proven evidence in exceeding targets within financial advisor role.

·      Ability to lead, motivate and train others to deliver exceptional results.

·      Clean Credit history

·      No Criminal Records.
