  • To support R&D activities, process and product development.
  • To support projects with regards to tooling and process design and acquisition.
  • To give technical support to technical account managers with regards to process and tooling.
  • To take a lead role in engineering of new processes.
  • To take the lead role in project managing of new process projects.
  • To take a lead role in the introduction of new processes and machinery to production.
  • Design and develop tooling and processes for production of future products.
  • Develop processes to improve product performance.
  • Provide engineering support to product and application development work.
  • Provide specialist engineering support to the technical account managers.
  • Work on R&D for better design capability.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering
  • Process engineering – Project management of medium-high complexity projects.
  • 3 years inc. new product/process design
  • High volume production
  • Ideally Automotive Industry Experience
