Automotive Car Sales Manager Required in Bristol.
Our client an Automotive Main Dealer in the Bristol area is currently looking to hire a Car Sales Manager for their busy branch.
The successful candidate should have previous experience in a management role within a Main Dealership within the automotive industry.
Your duties will include: -
* Being responsible for training and motivating a team of experienced Sales Executives in a hands on style
* Devising a marketing plan and setting sales targets
* Drive the business forward and maximise customer satisfaction
* Monitoring and encouraging the team
* Compiling and analysing sales figures
* Work in an environment that demonstrates profit orientation and commercial awareness
You must be able to demonstrate strong control with the sales process and stock. You must also be able to motivate, have an outstanding sales record and be highly organised.

You will ideally live within the Bristol area or be able to travel to the Bristol area and have a working experience of Car Sales Management
Our Client offers a £30k - £35k Basic salary with an OTE of £45k plus a company car.
