Fundraising Vision specialises in face-to-face fundraising based in the street and on the doorstep. We work with some amazing charities and pride ourselves on being the most enthusiastic and dedicated fundraisers around.
We concentrate on the support and development of our fundraisers; investing our years of fundraising knowledge to provide you with first rate training and ongoing encouragement to ensure you become the best fundraiser you can be!
YOU:
As far as your work experience goes we’re not looking for any background in particular. Of course any face to face sales or customer service experience will be an advantage but it is you as an individual we are interested in and your excellent people skills!
We’re looking for naturally charismatic, enthusiastic and passionate individuals who can inspire members of the general public to commit to long term donations (by monthly direct debit).
You will face constant rejection and will need to stay positive while working in all weather conditions but the satisfaction you’ll get at the end of a fundraising day is truly incredible.
HOURS:
We fundraise Monday to Friday - no weekends! Street teams 10.30am-6pm plus travel time when fundraising outside of Bristol and our Door to Door teams fundraise between 3.30-8.30pm and meet at our Bedminster office everyday from 2pm. Full time positions only.
PAY:
Guaranteed weekly pay including a basic hourly rate and bonuses. Our top Fundraisers regularly earn over £400 per week.

Fundraising Vision specialises in face-to-face fundraising; inspiring members of the public to become long term supporters of our charities including Mencap, World Vision, Barnardo's, Amnesty International and Christian Aid. Each year we help raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for these charities and it’s all down to our amazing fundraisers.
Through our rigourous and comprehensive training programme, people with little experience can become accomplished fundraisers and those of you that already possess the necessary skills can progress rapidly through to management positions.
Charity fundraising is becoming more important as the recession continues. Less money is available to help charities make a difference, but there can be more work for the charity to do.
